Sales Manager

Locations: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales revenue and gross margin targets are achieved
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Explore new opportunities with existing customers
  • Maintain customer contracts relating to market changes
  • Develop long term marketing and sales strategies
  • Develop annual sales budget
  • Source and quote on contracts
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement
  • Drive a safety first culture
  • Other duties as required

Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills:

  • Post secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years direct sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated people management skills
  • Must enjoy a fast pace
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
