Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall recruiting and retention programs
- Providing guidance, coaching, support and training to managers and supervisors
- Develop and maintain succession plans
- Perform compensation analysis
- Coordinate all training and development
- Strategic planning
- Employee relations
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Drive a safety first culture
- Other duties as required
Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills:
- Post secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- CHRP Designation
- Minimum of five years direct Human Resource management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Must enjoy a fast pace
- Must be proficient with MS Office
