Customer Service Representative

Locations: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec

Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry support for all divisions (Chemical, Petroleum, Dry Bulk)
  • Billing, paperwork and sales exceptions
  • Internal reporting; Balanced Scorecard and weekly spreadsheets
  • General customer service responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Fleet Managers and Planners

Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills:

  • Post secondary education in Office Administration or related field, or the equivalent in experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be energetic about being a part of a proactive team environment and enjoy a fast pace
  • Experience with the AS400 would be a definite asset
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
