Customer Service Representative
Locations: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec
Responsibilities:
- Order Entry support for all divisions (Chemical, Petroleum, Dry Bulk)
- Billing, paperwork and sales exceptions
- Internal reporting; Balanced Scorecard and weekly spreadsheets
- General customer service responsibilities
- Working closely with the Fleet Managers and Planners
Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills:
- Post secondary education in Office Administration or related field, or the equivalent in experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be energetic about being a part of a proactive team environment and enjoy a fast pace
- Experience with the AS400 would be a definite asset
- Must be proficient with MS Office
