Administrative Analyst
Locations: Saint John, New Brunswick
Responsibilities:
- Fuel administration - including reconciliation of fuel accounts/taxes and managing IFTA
- Tax compliance – sales and fuel tax returns, vehicle taxes, and assisting with the year end income tax package
- Internal audit/controls
- Various reporting responsibilities
- Payroll submission for hourly employees and accessorial billing
Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills:
- Must have a diploma or degree in Business or Accounting
- Analytical, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work within strict time frames with a keen eye for detail
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Excel proficiency required
- JD Edwards and AS400 experience is a definite asset
