Accountant
Locations: Saint John, New Brunswick
Responsibilities:
- Accurate & timely preparation, review & analysis of financial & management reports (weekly, period end & year end)
- Lead budget process for fleet maintenance
- Maintain Enrich system & reporting
- Ensure appropriate internal controls around inventory management
- Prepare fleet maintenance balanced scorecards
- Track key performance indicators
Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills:
- Post Secondary degree or diploma in accounting or business
- Currently pursuing or willing to pursue an Accounting Designation (CGA or CMA) would be a definite asset
- Process improvement mindset
- Energetic, optimistic & pro-active approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work within strict time frame with keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of JD Edwards & Enrich preferred
- Excellent communication skills
