RST supports health and wellness programs within our company and the communities we live in. We offer our employees a supplement for a fitness membership. We provide fully confidential Employee Family Assistance programs and annual flu shots. In addition, employee and driver appreciation days - join us together to celebrate our team.

RST actively supports a number of causes including Rally of Hope, SJ Midget AAA Hockey Team, CADS (Children’s sit ski for children with disabilities), Joints in Motion, St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation and several fundraisers in support for drivers with cancer.
