RST’s dedicated customer service representatives work hand in hand with our Fleet Managers, to provide you with seamless service every step of the way. Together they go that extra mile to understand your business, and are empowered to make decisions to keep your shipment moving.
Each RST division has a dedicated team and Fleet Manager who oversee the day to day management of drivers and equipment.
Our central dispatch operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and customer service personnel are always accessible and prepared to answer your questions.
Customers can call in orders or in many cases take advantage of our convenient Inventory Management Program. We keep track – and ensure you never run out.
Safe, efficient and timely deliveries are supported by:
- a leading edge operating system with detailed data on your order from time of entry to invoice
- a Document imaging system to track proof of delivery and all backup documents related to your shipment
- mobile communications with our trucks
- detailed reporting through systems such as Cognos to track the history of your shipments
